Rules & Regulations
Like any organized structure, the airline has rules and conditions of access which each member must accept before registering. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension of your access to the company.
I. The Pilot Account
- Before creating your account, you must meet the following conditions:
- Be at least thirteen years old on the day of account creation.
- You must provide your true identity as well as your email address. You agree that this data will remain in our database in accordance with the GDPR, and it will not be shared with third parties.
- Pilots are required to make at least one flight per month to keep their account active in the virtual airline. Some features are disabled for inactive pilots, so they will need to complete a new flight to reactivate their account and regain access to these features.
II. In-Flight Activities
- Network flights, whether with or without ATC control, are not mandatory. The pilot is free to choose the network and whether or not to fly on it. You are required to strictly follow the rules of the networks you fly on, whether it's IVAO, VATSIM, or others. These networks have their own regulations that must be adhered to.
- When flying on a virtual network, you must use the callsign provided to you when generating your flight plan via our pilot interface.
- Time acceleration, pausing, or refueling during the flight is prohibited.
- The flight time is left to your discretion; however, our flight planning system allows you to fly using real weather only.
- Flights for the company must be performed via our ACARS (available in the download section of the pilot interface) to be counted.
- The company reserves the right to refuse your flight reports if they do not meet the above conditions, if they are incomplete, or for any other reason. If this is the case, the reason for the rejection will be provided in the comments of your report. For example, we may reject your PIREPs if:
- The landing rate exceeds 600 ft/min.
- The distance between the runway threshold and the point where the main wheels touch the ground exceeds 900 m.
- Time acceleration has been used.
- Fuel was added during the flight.
